Job Opportunity: Assembly Operative – Cramlington

Position: Assembly Operative
Location: Cramlington
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Shifts: Rotating – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

Are you a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail? We’re currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in Cramlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a long-term role with competitive pay and regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling products according to specifications
• Soldering work for PCBs (training provided if required)
• Quality-checking components and finished goods
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a production team

Requirements:

• Previous assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience preferred (not essential – full training provided)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
