We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join a growing food production team focused on delivering high-quality sausage products using traditional methods and premium ingredients.

We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to support the sausage production process. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery on the sausage production line.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Report any faults or issues to the production supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or machine operation is beneficial, but not essential — full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with shift patterns if required.
