Production Operative
Shift: 8-4 (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 13.00 - 14.00 per hour
The Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced Manufacturing site in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent position with days and nights available.
Main Responsibilities:
Mixing, Weighing, packing, and labelling finished goods.
- Perform physical manual handling (lifting up to 25kg).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with procedures.
- Keep work area clean and follow good housekeeping practices.
Requirements:
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Must be able to work full time hours
-Must drive
Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to job demands.
- Strong awareness of health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
