Packer – 

Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time,
Salary: 12.21 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our fast-paced manufacturing site in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent role with both day and night shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, weigh, pack, and label finished goods
• Perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 25kg)
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company procedures
• Keep work areas clean and follow good housekeeping practices

Essential Skills & Qualities
- Must be able to work full time hours

• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Flexible and adaptable to changing job demands
• Solid understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
