We now have exciting vacancies for Day food operatives. We're looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our friendly and supportive team.
There are multiple positions available for experienced bakers as well as food operatives within our busy production operations due to company growth. Working times, and salary, will be dependent upon the successful applicant's experience.
These roles are mainly for baking breads, meats and hotplate items and other exciting products we decide to bring to market.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, weigh, and mix ingredients according to production specifications.
• Pack finished products into containers, ensuring correct labelling and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Conduct quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work in a chilled environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•Physically fit
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
