We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Site Maintenance Operative  to join a well-established company based in Cramlington. This is a full-time, dayshift-only role offering a competitive hourly rate and a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a long-term position.

Location: Cramlington
Pay: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Only

Duties include:

• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across the site

• Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities

• Basic plumbing, joinery, or electrical tasks (as appropriate to experience)

• Assisting with site safety checks and facilities upkeep

• Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role

• Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Basic understanding of health & safety procedures

• Flexibility to support the wider facilities team as needed
