Job Description
To support the efficient and safe manufacturing of aerosol products by operating production machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Shift Pattern:

Days/Backs and Nights available
(Rotating shift pattern or fixed shift depending on operational requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Perform quality checks and report any product non-conformities
- Follow batch production instructions and packaging specifications
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleaning
- Complete relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and PPE requirements at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ideally FMCG or chemicals/aerosols)
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Willingness to work across rotating shifts including nights
Desirable:
FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
