Job Title: Site Cleaner (Newbuild Sites) – Immediate Start

Location: Pick up point in Ashington – working on various sites around that area

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (may finish earlier depending on workload)

Rate of Pay: £12.35 per hour

Job Type: Temporary

Our client is currently looking for reliable and hard-working Site Cleaners to join their team on active newbuild construction sites. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, often in cold weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning of newbuild properties (internal and external)

Removal of debris, dust, and materials

Ensuring properties are clean and ready for handover

Working safely and efficiently on a live construction site

Requirements:

Must hold a valid CSCS card

Must be available to start at 7:30 AM daily

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Good attitude and strong work ethic

Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Desirable:

Previous cleaning experience (construction or commercial) – not essential as full training can be provided
