Are you an experienced warehouse or packing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting for a Packing Team Leader to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the food production industry, based in Jarrow. 

Salary: £26,500 per annum 
Hours: Rotating Shifts – 7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm 
Permanent Position | Food Industry | Immediate Start Available 

About the Role: 

As a Packing Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting daily packing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met across shifts. You’ll work closely with your team and leadership to maintain high productivity and smooth operations. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Essential: A solid background in warehouse and packing operations 

• A strong work ethic, with the ability to motivate and support team members 

• Good communication and organisational skills 

• Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis (7am–3pm & 3pm–11pm) 

Advantageous (but not essential): 

• Experience working within a food production environment 

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
