Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Billingham
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support our operations team. This role will be key in ensuring customer orders are processed smoothly, production information is kept accurate, and quantity standards are maintained. The successful candidate will act as a link between customers, production, and warehouses, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders accurately.
- Create and issue order packs for two warehouses.
- Keep customers informed on order status, including production location and delivery dates.
- Monitor product quantity and quality standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve any order or production issues.
- Maintain organised records and documentation for all orders and communications.
- Provide proactive updates and excellent service to clients.
Skills Needed:
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep multiple stakeholders updated.
- Able to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a coordinating, administrative, or project support role is advantageous.
- Confident working with order systems and documentation.
