Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for your next challenge? We are a leading name in the 3PL sector, delivering products nationwide, and we need a strong leader to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement at our Peterlee facility. The ideal candidate will have experience end-to-end of a large warehouse, be able to support continuous improvement projects and be comfortable with a variety of storage across a wide range of products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, from inbound shipments to final distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and order accuracy.
• Manage inventory effectively using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and structured development.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Monitor KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with business objectives.

Essential Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations, ideally within a 3PL or FMCG setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, distribution, and logistics in high-volume operations (1,000–2,000 SKUs).
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technology.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
