Production Operators – Immediate Starts Available
Location: Quorum Park, Benton
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour + 15% Shift Allowance

Central Employment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing electronics manufacturing business, who are expanding due to increased demand and the launch of new product lines. We're looking to speak with reliable, enthusiastic, and detail-focused individuals to join their team as Production Operators.

The Role:

As a Production Operator, you'll support day-to-day manufacturing operations across various departments. With full training provided and movement between areas encouraged, this is a great chance to build a long-term career in a modern, supportive environment. Areas of operation include Metalwork, Electronic Assembly & SMT, and Stores & Inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player who also works well independently

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination

• Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

• Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive mindset

• Experienced within an electronics background is desired.

Pay, Hours and Benefits

• Permanent and Temporary positions available
  

• £12.50 per hour starting wage, with 15% shift allowance if you work a shift pattern, yearly company bonus

• Dayshift - 7am - 5pm Monday - Thursday. Fridays Off
• 2 Shift pattern
