 Quality Controller

We’re on the lookout for a Quality Controller to join our dynamic team in a leading food manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Monitoring production lines to ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues or non-conformances.
• Collaborating with production and technical teams to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records to support traceability and compliance.
• Assisting with internal audits and supporting external inspections (e.g., BRC, SALSA, customer audits).
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement and food safety awareness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a quality assurance/control role within food manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working in a factory environment with strict hygiene protocols.
• IT literate, with experience using quality management systems or databases.
