Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Hawick (TD9)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate - £12.21 per hour +26% shift allowance

Shifts – Continentals 6am-6pm (Days) & 6pm-6am (nights)

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient production of our products

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

· Assemble and test pre-connectorised, blown fibre cabling, and ducted network solutions according to specifications.

· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Follow health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

· Must be flexible to work day shift and night shift, 12 hour shifts

· Must have previous production experience
