Line Leader – Food Production | Harrogate

Salary: £14.00/hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm (flexibility to work both shifts required)

We are currently recruiting for a Line Leader to join a dynamic food production business based in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role within chilled and frozen environments, working with both raw and cooked meat products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop production operatives in line with the business plan
• Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met, including yield output and attendance
• Minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency
• Conduct quality checks throughout all stages of production
• Adhere to company procedures and guidelines at all times
• Ensure strict compliance with Critical Control Points (CCPs)
• Carry out effective Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for team members
• Participate in any required or beneficial training
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with company policies

• Previous experience in a line leader or supervisory role
