Central Employment Agency is seeking dedicated Assembly Operatives to join a world-class automotive seating manufacturer known for its global excellence and high-quality production standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-paced and dynamic team in Sunderland.

Job Description:

As an Assembly Operative, your main role will be the manual assembly of front and rear automotive seats, ensuring precise workmanship and conducting thorough quality checks. You will also be involved in the construction and inspection of key components. While previous experience is beneficial, full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing hands-on assembly work on a fast-paced production line
• Using hand tools and equipment efficiently
• Handling, assembling, and inspecting key components with precision
• Identifying and reporting any faults or defects
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong manual skills and dexterity
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality
• Must be able to commit to overtime when required
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Pay Rate:

• £14.25 per hour, (Includes shift allowance)
  
• Overtime available at enhanced rates

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):
• 6:42 AM – 3:00 PM
• 4:30 PM – 12:48 AM (Midnight)
