Class 2 Driver – Tramping (Nights Away)

Salary:
£13.50 per hour
Plus £35 night-out allowance and overtime after 8 hours/day

Hours:
40–45 hours per week
Includes 3–4 nights away per week with accommodation provided

The Opportunity:
A well-established, family-owned business operating within the UK aluminium and glazing market is seeking a professional Class 2 Driver (Tramping) to join their logistics team. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment, based on reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver aluminium products, roof lanterns, and bifold doors to trade counters across the UK

• Maintain high standards of communication with customers and internal teams

• Ensure goods are handled safely and delivered on time

• Stay overnight 3–4 times per week in provided accommodation

What We’re Looking For:

• Full Category C (Class 2) entitlement

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

• At least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience

• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• A reliable and professional approach to work and schedules
