Role Overview:
As a Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, as the process is highly paper based, alongside working with Sage 50 and Excel to manage data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process sales orders and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Input and maintain data using Sage 50 and Excel.
• Manage paper-based records efficiently, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support general administrative tasks related to order processing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales order processing or similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail due to the paper-based nature of the role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
