Job Title: Multi-Skilled Builder/Labourer

Location: North Tyneside

Pay Rate: £15p/h

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Type: Temporary (with potential for extension)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder/Labourer to work across various properties in North Tyneside. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities:

• General labouring duties, including site preparation and clean-up
• Patching holes, including patching at height
• Digging holes for site maintenance and construction work
• Clearing rubbish and maintaining a tidy work environment
• Assisting tradespeople as required

Requirements:

• CSCS Card (Essential)
• Driving License
• Asbestos Awareness Certification (Essential)
• Working at Height Certification (Essential)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Work will take place across multiple properties within North Tyneside
