Baker

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Baker to join a well-established food production company based in Blaydon (NE21). This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, with the potential for negotiation based on experience.

Role Details:

• Location: Blaydon, NE21
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: £13 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within a factory environment, producing baked goods to high standards
• Measuring and mixing ingredients according to production specifications
• Operating industrial baking equipment and ovens
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience in baking, either in a bakery or a factory setting, is essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

Further training will be provided.
