Production Operative

Rate of Pay: £12.30 per hour (Paid weekly)

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join the team at a busy UK manufacturing site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient production processes, working with a supportive team in a clean, safety-focused environment. Full training is provided, along with opportunities for long-term development and progression.

Central Employment is currently looking for production operatives to work in a manufacturing Company for one our clients based in Cramlington. 

Initial training

The role could involve working in London at a separate site. Full expenses will be paid. Candidates must be willing to travel to London from time to time.

 Responsibilities

• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Light assembly
• Heavy assembly including power tools
• Wiring electrical components
• Opportunity to progress to Machine operating including CNC.
• Good Time Management.

Candidate Requirements

• Able to commit to both shifts
• Fully flexible for overtime.
• Warehouse/production experience preferred

Shift Times & Days: Monday -Friday (Double day shift) 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm. Time management is essential. Shorter shift on Fridays. Weekend work included
