Job Title: Welder

Location: Ashington
Pay rate: £14.07 & monthly attendance bonus

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Welders to join a reputable and established manufacturer specializing in precast concrete and caging products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the final finishes of whole concrete products.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Weld to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Monitor performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on Welding machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Weld various different products

About You

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality checking.
• Physical fitness
• Team player and comfortable with aiming to meet group objectives.
• Strong communication skills.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience as a Welder
