We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established confectionery company based in Ashington. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and quality.
The Role:
Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing and packing of confectionery products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on production lines preparing and packing confectionery products
- Quality checking products to ensure high standards are met
- Labelling, boxing, and palletising finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
Working Hours:
- Day shift starting at 7:00am
- Monday to Friday
- Early finish on Fridays
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous production or factory experience preferred (but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
What’s On Offer:
- £12.21 per hour
- Pay increase once taken on permanently
- Monday to Friday working (no weekends)
- Early finish every Friday
