Job Description

Position: Process Operator 

Location: Cramlington 

Shift: 3 shift pattern (Mon-Fri, 6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, 10:30pm-6:30am) 

Wage: £16.62 including shift allowance, instant increase after 12 weeks to £18.13 including shift allowance

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform production tasks to a high standard 

• Operate and maintain machinery for production 

• Ensure a high-quality of work is met during every production run 

• Follow health and safety regulations meticulously 

• Cleaning of machinery to maintain production standards 

• Collaborate effectively with team members during shifts 

• Quality check products for defects 

Requirements: 

• Experience in factory environments 

• Strong attention to detail  

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills 

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment 

• Willingness to train for use of more than one machine 

• Machine setting/operating is desirable but not necessary
