Position: Production Operative

Location: Bedlington

Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm & 2:30pm – 10:30pm Monday-Friday

Wage: £12.76 - £14.06

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Perform assembly and production tasks to a high standard
• Multi machine operating
• Conduct a range of intricate assembly and testing tasks
• Assemble small components in a dexterous manner
• Follow SOP’s and regulations of the site
• Ensure a high-quality of work is met during every production run
• Follow health and safety guidelines meticulously
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and targets
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively
• Assure quality of each product is up to standard

• Proven experience in production and machining environments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Willingness to learn several different competencies
• Flexibility for shift changes and overtime
• Strong numerical skills
