Overview: This is a full-time temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. Please note that it is not suitable for individuals currently engaged in studies. As a food production operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient preparation of food products according to guidelines. The nature of the work may involve operating in chilled, ambient, or freezer environments or working on a production line.

• Work on a production line to meet production targets.
• Handle raw materials for food preparation.
• Perform cutting and chopping tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area.
• Adhere to high standards of health and safety.
• Accurately label orders.
• Undertake any additional reasonable duties associated with the role.

• Previous Food Production experience is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn and improve skills continuously.
• Adaptability and a flexible approach to work.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and bank holidays. Starting times are 7am, and full flexibility is required. Further details will be discussed during the initial stage.

Working Hours and Further Details:
You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rotational basis, including weekends. Starting times are at 7am, with the finish time varying depending on production needs. Full flexibility is required, and additional information will be provided during the initial discussion stage.
