Quality Controller – Aluminum Fabrication

 Location: Wynyard (Free Parking & Onsite Gym)
Hours: Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) & Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour (Training Rate)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join a leading aluminum fabrication company based in Wynyard. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect aluminum components to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards.
• Identify defects and communicate necessary adjustments to production teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role (ideally within manufacturing or fabrication).
• Keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with production teams.
• Understanding of quality standards and procedures (desirable but not essential).
