Packing Operatives – Billingham (TS23)

Temporary Ongoing | £12.21 per hour | Full-Time 

Central Recruitment is acting as an employment business on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer based in Billingham. We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, with potential for permanent opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack dental care products including toothpaste, whitening gel, and mouthwash.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Label and seal items accurately for distribution.
• Monitor packaging machinery and report faults or issues.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area in line with company policies.
• Follow all health & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in packaging, food production, or cosmetics is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexibly across different shift patterns.

Working Hours

Shifts may vary depending on workload. Flexibility is essential. Typical shifts include:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate

• £12.21 per hour
