Job Opportunity: Assembly Operatives

We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client, a multi-award-winning leader in the glazing industry.

Pay Rate: £12.21
Location: Wynyard, Stockton on Tees
Terms: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

• Cutting, machining, and fabricating aluminium glazing systems
• Assembling products using hand and power tools
• Working from manufacturing documentation
• Meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced factory environment
• Manual handling
• Collaborating effectively as part of a team

What We Are Looking For:

• A positive "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility with daily duties and working hours
• Experience operating machinery and hand tools is advantageous
• Reliable transportation to and from work, as public transport is not available due to the working hours and location

Hours of Work:

• Monday – Thursday: 7am-3:30pm
• Friday: 6am-2:30pm
• Breaks: One 30-minute unpaid break and two 10-minute paid breaks per day
