These clients are suppliers of the likes of Nissan, Jaguar, and Land rover.

As a Forklift Truck Driver, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Safely and efficiently operate Reach and potentially Counterbalance forklift trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Perform line feeding duties to ensure the continuous supply of materials to production lines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or damage to goods.
• Conduct regular inspections of the forklift truck to ensure its optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production demands.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, product movement, and any incidents or damages.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

• Reach forklift truck experience. Out of date licenses are accepted as long as you are a competent driver.
• Alternatively, any previous counterbalance experience is considered as the company will convert your licenses.
• Proven experience operating a forklift truck in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

We offer two shift patterns to suit different preferences:

2 Shift (Days & Lates): £13.96 per hour

Days: 7.00am - 15.10pm (Mon - Thu) and 7.00am - 15.00pm (Fri)

Lates: 16.35pm - 00.45am (Mon - Thu) and 15.10pm - 23.10pm (Fri)

3 Shift (Days, Lates & Nights): £14.68 per hour

Days: 7.00am - 15.10pm (Mon - Thu) and 7.00am - 15.00pm (Fri)

Lates: 15:30pm - 23:20pm (Mon - Thu) and 15.10pm - 23.10pm (Fri)

Nights: 23.20pm - 07.10am (Sun) and 23.15pm - 07.10am (Mon - Thu)

Overtime rates: Time and a half and double time

Pay reviews every 12 months based on performance and time and attendance records

There is a strict Drug and Alcohol Policy in place, and a pre employment test will be required from successful applicants.
