Central Employment is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading international packaging manufacturer based in Newcastle. The company provides innovative packaging solutions for some of the world's most recognised brands and offers excellent opportunities for long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and palletising finished products ready for dispatch
• Operating Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT)
• Conducting quality checks on printed packaging products
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety at all times
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised

Candidate Requirements

• Flexible approach to work, including weekends and overtime when required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Keen to develop skills and progress within a growing business
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous, but not essential

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £14.03 per hour after 12 weeks
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates

Shift Pattern

36 hours per week, working 3 shifts (days or nights):

• 6:00am to 6:00pm
• 6:00pm to 6:00am
