Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 12 month temporary contract basis. You will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring accurate and timely processing of various aspects of customer service and order management. Key responsibilities will include:
Processing of customer information including Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedules, Sales Orders, Quotes and Order Acknowledgements.
Preparing and generating internal and external reports.
Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects.
Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments through email, telephone and face to face to resolve issues relating to service delivery.
Candidate Specification:
Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.
Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
Good rapport building skills.
SAP (or similar) computer system experience a great advantage
