Job Description

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You will ensure high-quality submissions, effective resource planning, and drive continuous improvement of our bid processes and systems.

The Role

  • Bid Management & Coordination: Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of bids — from PQQs and RFPs to complex framework submissions.
  • Strategy & Intelligence: Support bid strategy development through the creation of key governance documents and the analysis of market, competitor, and client insights.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Turn bid data into actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports on pipeline health and support resource planning through utilisation analysis.
  • Content & Communications: Manage our central library of reusable bid content, case studies, and CVs, while contributing to internal and external communications around live opportunities, bids, and contract wins.
  • Framework & Compliance Management: Manage applications to new procurement frameworks and maintain up-to-date company profiles, certifications, and documentation.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Help evolve our Business Development, Marketing, and Bids function using PAS 360:2023 principles.

Is this you?

  • Collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused
