Swindon, Wiltshire (onsite)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated lead to take ownership of their internal systems. This is a pivotal role for a business that prides itself on quality, ensuring they consistently meet every requirement set by law and their client base.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain their quality frameworks and support ongoing audit success.
- Monitor and improve their internal systems and compliance processes.
- Act as the lead contact for all audit and standard-related matters.
- Review performance data and produce clear reports again key targets.
- Ensure the business meets all legal and customer requirements.
- Manage quality records and internal audit schedules.
- Resolve complaints and lead corrective action when standards slip.
- Deliver staff training on quality and compliance where needed.
- Work with suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet agreed terms.
- Help teams uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
- Manage the admin side to keep the business running smoothly.
- A lead or Internal Auditor pass from a recognised body.
- Level3 HACCP
- Deep understanding of industry standards and quality systems (QMS).
- Strong skills in data and reporting.
- The ability to read and follow complex roles and client specs.
- Great communication and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- The skills to train staff and check if that training worked.
- Ease with Microsoft Office, specially Excel & Word.
