Working Hours:

• Sunday: 23:00 – 06:00
• Monday – Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Devizes.

This is a hands-on night shift role involving the handling and inspection of small components within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and supporting production processes
• Handling and loading small components with care and accuracy
• Carrying out visual quality inspections
• Following clear work instructions and production standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive bench-based tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work ongoing night shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
