The Role:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• Carry out root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
• Support process control and compliance audits
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams

What we need:

• Manufacturing / engineering experience
• Knowledge of lean & problem-solving tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Proactive, detail-focused approach
