An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage our clients overhaul and maintenance unit in Calne. If you’re a hands-on engineering professional with strong leadership skills, you’ll lead a skilled team delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services for rail products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support problem-solving.
• Manage workflows, work orders, and reporting through SAP.

Requirements:

• Practical engineering background (electrical or fully qualified electrician preferred).
• Leadership experience managing technical teams in maintenance/overhaul environments.
• SAP or ERP system experience.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
