Your Role

• Lead Data Migrations: Own end-to-end migration projects, from strategy and mapping to validation and execution.
• Post-Live Support: Ensure smooth transitions by monitoring systems, resolving issues, and conducting health checks.
• Day-to-Day Support: Tackle data queries, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and validation tasks.
• Innovate & Automate: Build and enhance tools using Python and C# to streamline migrations and boost efficiency.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years’ experience in data migration or database management.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SSMS, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proven success in end-to-end data migration projects.
• Proficiency in Python (automation/scripting) and C# (app development).
• Expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and validation.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of database design, APIs, and backup/recovery processes.
