Key Account Coordinator
£31,000 per annum + benefits

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at building strong partnerships and resolving challenges before they escalate?

Currently working in partnership with my client in Trowbridge, we're looking for a Key Account Coordinator to be the crucial link between their major customers and their wholesale business. You'll ensure smooth, timely, and accurate order fulfilment across the network, maintaining exceptional service through critical path management and KPI tracking. 

What You'll Do:

• Primary contact for customers and suppliers throughout the order lifecycle.
• Manage order flow from PO to delivery, proactively resolving issues.
• Lead business reviews and performance check-ins with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and investigate missed targets.
• Support forecasting, capacity alignment, and process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, logistics, warehouse, and quality control.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in major account management, supply chain, customer/supplier relationship management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and ERP systems.

The Details:

This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend work.
