A well-established, close-knit organisation in Trowbridge is seeking an Office & Operations Manager to steer day-to-day administration, project lifecycles and team performance. This is a pivotal appointment: you will shape internal systems, uphold exacting standards, and ensure every order progresses seamlessly from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee Office Operations – maintain smooth administrative workflows and refine procedures for continuous improvement.
- Project & Job Management – quote, order and run projects end-to-end, organising the installation diary and updating bespoke databases and spreadsheets.
- Team Leadership – supervise and support colleagues, embedding accountability, accuracy and excellent customer care.
- Stakeholder Liaison – serve as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Commercial Oversight – work confidently with percentages and margins to safeguard profitability.
- Stock & Logistics – manage deliveries and inventory, including safe manual handling of large items when required.
