Job Title: Experienced Paint Sprayer
Location: Melksham 
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing rolling contract
Salary: £14.05 per hour + Shift Allowance
Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts

We’re hiring an Experienced Paint Sprayer!

Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking to join a global engineering company with
a strong order book and great working environment? We’re recruiting on behalf of our
client – a world leader in rail braking systems – supplying major blue-chip clients around
the globe.
Due to continued growth and demand, they are looking to add a skilled Paint Sprayer to their manufacturing team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Spraying compressors and machined parts to a high standard
• Prepping, masking, and applying primers/top coats
• Ensuring all work meets quality and technical standards
• Keeping equipment and your work area clean and maintained
• Following all health and safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

• Previous industrial or automotive paint spraying experience is essential
• Experience spraying metal or machined components is a strong advantage
• Good eye for detail and pride in quality work
• A team player who can also work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Working hours required:

Weekly rotating shifts 
1: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm Week
2: Monday – Thursday, 2:00pm – 12:00 midnight

(3-day weekends every other week!)
