Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer of high-quality machinery, supplying innovative and reliable equipment to a global customer base. Following recent expansion, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Paint Sprayer to join their team.
About the Role
As a Production Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality finishes on a range of fabricated components and machinery. You’ll be working to engineers' drawings and production schedules in a fast-paced environment, with occasional one-off and pre-production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production spraying to engineering specifications.
- Set up and operate spray equipment.
- Work to production deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Prepare surfaces using orbital sanders and fillers as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Self-inspect work to ensure high quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding any issues affecting quality, safety, or machinery.
Essential:
- Good understanding of industrial spray-painting processes.
- Ability to work to technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to comply with all Health & Safety guidelines.
