Assembly Team Leader

Location: Marlborough
Salary: £25,350

Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Overseeing sub-assembly and the production of electrical components.
• Managing quality assurance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
