Site Manager, South Dublin

Salary: €75,000 – €80,000 DOE

Our client is an Irish building and civil engineering main contractor delivering residential, student accommodation, education and commercial projects across Dublin and Wicklow. They are recruiting a Site Manager to run a project in South Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Run the site day to day, leading the site team, foremen and subcontractors
• Deliver the project to programme, budget and quality
• Plan labour, materials, plant and subcontractor resources
• Take responsibility for health and safety on site, including RAMS, inductions and audits
• Manage quality and BCAR documentation, inspections and site records
• Chair site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager
• Liaise with the design team, client representatives and statutory bodies
• Drive completion, snagging and handover

Requirements

• Proven Site Manager experience with a main contractor
• Experience on residential, student accommodation or commercial projects
• Strong working knowledge of BCAR and QEHS requirements
• A stable employment history
• Relevant third-level qualification an advantage
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
• Full clean driving licence
