Role: Senior Site Engineer
Location: South Dublin or North Dublin

Our client is an Irish building and civil engineering main contractor delivering residential, student accommodation, education and commercial projects across Dublin and Wicklow. They are recruiting a Senior Site Engineer for a project in South or North Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Lead setting out and survey control across the project
• Manage and mentor the site engineering team
• Set out foundations, drainage, frame and levels, and check works against drawings at each stage
• Run QA on site, including pre-pour and post-pour inspections, ITPs and BCAR records
• Manage RFIs and resolve technical queries with the design team
• Keep as-builts, site records and progress reports
• Work with the Site Manager and subcontractors on technical and buildability issues

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven Senior Site Engineer experience with a main contractor
• Multi-storey building experience
• Strong setting out skills with total station, GPS and level
• Working knowledge of BCAR and AutoCAD
• A stable employment history
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
