Our client is a mid-tier main contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, healthcare, pharmaceutical and heritage sectors. They are recruiting a Site Engineer for a 55-bed apartment block in Limerick City, starting in November.

Responsibilities

• Set out the works, from substructure through to completion
• Establish and maintain site control, grids and levels
• Check works against drawings and specifications before and after each stage
• Produce as-builts and keep site records up to date
• Carry out quality inspections and support BCAR documentation
• Raise and track RFIs, and resolve technical queries with the design team
• Work with the Site Manager and subcontractors on sequencing and programme

Requirements

• Degree in civil or structural engineering, or equivalent
• Site Engineer experience with a main contractor
• Residential experience, ideally on apartment schemes
• Strong setting out skills: total station, GPS and level
• Valid Safe Pass and site certifications
• Available for a November start
