Role: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Dublin City Centre, on the Luas line

Our client is a residential developer with live apartment developments in Dublin and large developments in the pipeline for 2027. They are recruiting a Senior Site Engineer for a 25-unit apartment development in Dublin City Centre, on the Luas line. The build is currently at basement stage, with a 45-unit second phase to follow on the adjoining site.

Responsibilities

• Lead setting out and survey control across the development
• Set out the basement, foundations, drainage, frame and levels, checking works against drawings at each stage
• Support the Site Manager on temporary works and basement construction
• Run QA on site, including pre-pour and post-pour inspections, ITPs and BCAR records
• Manage RFIs and resolve technical queries with the design team
• Work with subcontractors on technical and buildability issues
• Keep as-builts, site records and progress reports

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven Senior Site Engineer experience on apartment or residential developments
• Basement and multi-storey construction experience
• Strong setting out skills with total station, GPS and level
• Working knowledge of BCAR and AutoCAD
• City centre or constrained site experience an advantage
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
