Role: Civils Foreman
Location: Greater Dublin + (Meath, Kildare and into Cavan)

Our client is an Irish civil engineering contractor working on roads and bridges, rail, drainage and pipelines, water and wastewater treatment, wind farms, marine and coastal, demolition and urban renewal projects. They are recruiting a Civils Foreman for their projects across Greater Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Cavan.

Responsibilities

• Run the day to day works on site, directing operatives, plant and subcontractors
• Deliver the civils works to programme and to drawings and specification
• Plan and coordinate labour, plant and materials so the site has what it needs
• Enforce health and safety on site daily
• Monitor quality of workmanship as works progress
• Report progress and issues to the Site Agent and Engineers

Requirements

• Proven Foreman experience on civils projects
• Recent Irish site experience
• Able to read and work from construction drawings
• Good working knowledge of health and safety on civils sites
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
• Full driving licence
