Role: Finishing Foreman
Location: North East (Meath, Louth, Surrounding)

Our client is an established family-run building contractor with over 35 years in the industry, delivering residential developments across the north east. They are recruiting a Finishing Foreman to manage the finishing stages of their housing schemes through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage finishing trades and subcontractors across multiple residential units
• Drive programme targets through the finishing stages to completion
• Monitor quality of workmanship and finish across each unit
• Coordinate the sequencing of finishing trades to keep units moving
• Manage snagging and de-snagging through to handover
• Ensure units are delivered to the required standard for client handover
• Maintain site presentation and housekeeping standards
• Support health and safety compliance on site
• Work closely with the Site Manager and site management team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential developments
• Strong knowledge of residential finishing trades and sequencing
• Excellent attention to detail on quality and finish
• Able to manage multiple units and subcontractors at once
• Timber frame experience an advantage
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
