The Role

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is recruiting experienced Site Managers for major ground-up residential schemes in Dublin, including flagship high-rise multi-block developments.

Focusing on structural packages, groundworks, and concrete superstructures, you will lead daily site operations, manage RC frame subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and build velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural Execution: Direct day-to-day operations for groundworks, substructure, and RC frame packages on large-scale residential developments.

• Subcontractor Delivery: Coordinate concrete frame, rebar, and groundworks sub-contractors to maintain tight programme milestones.

• QA & Compliance: Implement rigorous QA procedures (pre/post-pour checks, steel inspections, concrete quality logs) in line with BCAR standards.

• Safety & EHS: Enforce Tier 1 EHS standards, risk assessments, and daily site safety management.

• Site Management: Oversee site logistics, plant, material deliveries, and resource allocation using Procore and site tracking systems.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years managing site operations on large-scale, ground-up residential or commercial builds.

• Tier Background: Direct experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors in Ireland or the UK.

• Package Expertise: Strong, proven track record delivering RC Frame, high-rise, or complex structural concrete packages.
